Residence Specialist

• Assist clients in building independence and stability by helping create individualized service plans aligned with their goals and needs.
• Observe, communicate, and collaborate with the program coordinator, RN, and treatment team to share updates and ensure seamless care.
• Document progress accurately in progress notes to track each client’s journey.
• Guide and supervise daily activities, social events, and skill‑building opportunities.
• Provide transportation support, encourage community involvement, and participate in team meetings.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to think critically and respond with empathy.
• Comfortable with documenting client progress and using relevant software; organized while coordinating activities and services.
• Compassionate and energetic approach that builds trust and encourages client engagement in personal growth and community involvement.

• Background Check required.
• Clear five‑year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by the organization’s carrier.
