WHAT DOES A RESIDENCE SPECIALIST II DO?

In this role, you'll be a key part of helping clients build independence and stability. You'll assist in creating individualized service plans that reflect each person's goals and needs. Your ability to observe, communicate, and collaborate will be essential as you share updates with the program coordinator, RN, and treatment team to ensure seamless care. Accurate documentation of progress notes will help track each client's journey.

You'll also guide and supervise daily activities, social events, and skill-building opportunities. Supporting clients with transportation, encouraging community involvement, and participating in team meetings are all part of your daily impact. This is a hands-on position where your presence and support make a meaningful difference.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

To thrive as a Residence Specialist II, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. You'll work closely with clients, families, and professionals, so being able to think critically and respond with empathy is essential.

You should be comfortable documenting client progress, using relevant software, and staying organized while coordinating activities and services. A compassionate, energetic approach will help you build trust and encourage clients to engage in their own growth and community involvement.

Required qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology
