Forklift operators are essential in ensuring products are safely and accurately received, picked, and relocated, following company standard operating procedures (SOPs). All operators use a forklift or other powered industrial truck.

• Responsible for freight receipt and shipping accuracy
• Operate material handling equipment following company safety policies
• Gain knowledge of the company’s WMS and RF systems
• Ship and receive products under FSMA guidelines and RLS SOPs
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in training and development of team members
• Achieve predetermined performance metrics as set by the Warehouse Manager
• Work in a cold environment (0 to 36 degrees)

This position reports to the Lead Warehouse Team Member and the Warehouse Supervisor, Cold Storage, and has no direct reports.
