General Labor and Warehouse

AJM Packaging Corporation is a leading manufacturer of paper products and is seeking General Labor and Warehouse entry‑level employees who thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. We are hiring for positions such as Packers, Stackers, Machine Tenders, Roll Setters, Balers, Utility, Warehouse and Dock professionals.

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• $16.50 – $19 per hour to start, 1st review and raise of up to $1 at 90 days
• Additional $0.50 per hour for every hire referred to AJM, with no limit on the number of referrals

• Check condition and quality of finished product and remove any that do not meet AJM quality standards
• Maintain accurate count of product when packing or bagging while keeping pace with varying production speeds and levels
• Support start‑up operations by stripping, preparing, setting and changing rolls
• Gather finished product from machines and box, bag or package as required
• Secure cases to prevent shifting or moving by stacking them in an orderly manner
• Complete all other duties the Supervisor deems necessary

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
