This is a hands-on field role focused on execution, problem-solving, and maintaining organized, safe site conditions.
Responsibilities Daily Coordination & Execution Coordinate daily logistics activities to keep crews supplied and productive
Support material deliveries from off-site warehouses and ensure timely staging
Maintain accurate visibility of materials on hand, issued, and staged
Organize and maintain laydown yards, storage areas, and material staging locations
Assist with installation, relocation, and breakdown of temporary site infrastructure (trailers, containers, fencing, lighting, signage, break areas, sanitation, etc.)Help keep roadways, loading zones, and access routes clear and functional
Communicate changes in access or staging to the field teams promptly
Planning & Support Participate in daily and weekly look-ahead planning
Assist in developing and updating logistics plans as the project progresses
Support coordination of major deliveries, crane picks, and high-impact activities
Work closely with the Logistics Supervisor, project management, and multiple contractors
Help enforce company and OSHA safety requirements in all logistics operations
Qualifications2–4 years of experience in construction logistics, material coordination, warehouse support, or field support on active commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects
Solid understanding of how construction sites operate and the importance of sequencing
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with material staging, inventory tracking, or laydown yard organization
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam preferred)
Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Important:
This role requires real construction field experience. Pure warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience without construction site exposure is not considered equivalent.
Preferred Skills Experience on multi-contractor or mission-critical projects (data centers a plus)
Familiarity with temporary construction infrastructure and heavy equipment operations OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Previous experience supporting logistics or superintendent teams
