Associate - ABL Originations

Position Overview

Support the origination and distribution of geographic-based asset‑based lending transactions while working constructively with Senior Originators, Underwriting and Portfolio Management to move transactions through the deal lifecycle from origination to close.

• Demonstrate strong technical skills.
• Manage deal process and execution in support of originators.
• Collaborate with internal partners, including risk, to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to risk/compliance policies and guidelines.
• Demonstrate the Truist values.

• BA/BS degree.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• ABL experience as an analyst or associate at a financial institution.
• Strong technical skills including financial and collateral analysis, modeling, presentation.
• Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.

All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits.
