Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an on-site, licensed nurse (RN or LPN) to serve as a Nursing Care Coordinator. This administrative role reviews and verifies chart documentation to ensure CMS compliance and support seamless continuity of care for our patient population.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, located in Vinings, GA. You will work with PCC, Matrix Care, Sigma Care, and Google Workspace to optimize care management processes and documentation accuracy.
