Subsidiary Omni Source Overview
Support branch operations.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Backup Scale Operators at area locations.
- JDE support including requisitions, receiving, transportation, create work orders as needed, closing work orders, working with vendors, office supply ordering and maintenance and troubleshooting purchase order issues.
- Backup dispatcher duties.
- Miscellaneous tasks including DMV accounts, mail and Fed Ex, phones, forecast support, ticket exceptions, etc.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to use word processing software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior customer service experience.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Desire to learn and apply new skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and make quick decisions in a fast paced, team oriented work environment.
Preferred
- Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap is helpful, or desire to learn.
