Join us at a pivotal stage as we establish our US operations and build an efficient logistics and fulfillment organization from the ground up! As Logistics Management Specialist
, you will play a key role in setting up warehouse operations, implementing scalable logistics processes, and ensuring the successful launch of our US distribution center. Working closely with local teams, international headquarters, external logistics partners, and cross‑functional departments, you will help establish reliable operational structures while supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and driving continuous process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on operations professional who enjoys building teams, optimizing processes, and contributing directly to the successful growth of an international company entering a new market.
As we grow, the role offers increasing responsibility and the opportunity to further develop the logistics and operations organization.
- Support the setup and development of warehouse and logistics operations in the US
- Mentor and develop the warehouse and shipping team
- Lead daily warehouse, fulfillment, and shipping operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics as well as transportation partners
- Supervise inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse accuracy
- Support procurement coordination and material availability
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance, IT, and headquarters
- Act as Operations Key User during the Microsoft Dynamics ERP/WMS implementation
- Drive process improvements and help establish scalable logistics structures
