The role requires strong communication, integrity, and the ability to lead teams, manage budgets and projects, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate emergency responses, and promote a safe, transparent, and high‑performance work culture.
Starting Salary $105,000-$115,000 DOE/ DOQ
