Control Panel Technician

We are looking for a Control Panel technician to join our team in Virginia. In this position, you will be part of a team that assembles and wires control panels for industrial and municipal applications.

• Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures
• Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures
• Routing and bundling of wire and cables
• Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors
• Maintain red line drawing mark‑ups of changes required during fabrication
• Communicate red line changes to engineer for revision prior to completion
• Sitting or standing for long periods of time
• Lifting of moving up to 25 lbs of equipment
• The ability to meet deadlines under pressure

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Technical school attendance a plus
• Ability to understand and work from schematics
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail a must
• Self‑motivated and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license
