Supervisor, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Production Manager

Precision Fabrics, a manufacturer of high-performance fabrics used in highly technical applications, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our weaving facility team. Candidates must have prior supervisory experience; manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

This position requires a hands-on leader who leads by example on the production floor.

Overview:

Pay: $50k – $70K Annually

Shift: 7pm – 7am / 3-2-2 schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals

Monitor daily operations and address production or personnel issues as they arise

Coach, train, and develop team members to maintain strong performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Communicate effectively with management and other departments to support operational success

Must be willing to supervise our 7pm – 7am and a 3-2-2 schedule (Work three days, off 2, work
2)

Qualifications:

Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required

Manufacturing experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
