Make a Difference

As a Material Handler, you will support the day-to-day operations of our U.S. warehouse and help ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement and storage of goods and materials. You will play an important role in maintaining organized warehouse processes, accurate inventory, and high standards of quality and safety.

Scope/Responsibilities

• Unload, load, store, and organize goods and materials while supporting inventory, stock management, and shipping documentation.

• Pick, pack, label, and ship products according to packaging guidelines.

• Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of goods throughout the warehouse.

• Process orders and deliveries accurately and in a timely manner.

• Accurately document stock movements, inventory transactions, and reservations.

• Identify, report, and assist in addressing quality deviations involving products and materials.

• Review delivery documentation and process product returns.

• Operate warehouse equipment, identify malfunctions, and report issues or take appropriate corrective action.

• Assist with ordering materials and spare parts for warehouse equipment as needed.

• Perform various tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Profile

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, or a similar operational environment

• Reliable and self-directed working style with a strong sense of responsibility

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar applications.

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.

• Willingness and ability to work the assigned shift schedule and adapt to changing schedules, shifts, and operational needs as the business grows.

• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed to support operational and business requirements.

• Fluent in English;
  Spanish is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, approximately 75% of the workday.

• Frequent repetitive movements associated with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments.

• Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.

Salary:

• $18.00 - $20.00

This is a 100% on-site role based at the physical office location. Remote work is not an option, and remote candidates will not be considered for this position. Please note that relocation assistance is not offered or provided, so candidates must already live in the local commuting area or be able to move independently at their own expense.
