Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and perform audits, reviews, and compilations for diverse clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to management
- Review work papers and ensure quality control standards
- Manage project timelines and client expectations
Supervise and mentor junior staff - Assist in business development and client relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in public accounting
- Strong background in assurance, financial statement audits, and reviews
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
