Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team.

Responsibilities:

Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely
Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments
Maintain vendor records and assist with new vendor setup
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status
Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Qualifications:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation &

Schedule:

$20-$25 per hour

Monday-Friday | Full-Time
