Entry-Level Accounting Assistant | One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Virginia Beach, VA

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers a unique blend of accounting, reporting, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and learning new processes.

• Prepare and summarize daily revenue reports for multiple entities.
• Finalize customer invoices and ensure accurate revenue classifications.
• Maintain customer membership records and account information.
• Coordinate the monthly air filter program, including ordering and customer list management.
• Compile and distribute KPI and performance data to leadership.
• Assist with month-end processes and various accounting-related projects.
• Support process improvements and help implement new systems and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and leadership teams as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or office administration experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting or business software such as Sage Intacct, Service Titan, or Paylocity is helpful, but not required.

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
