Accounting Assistant

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Accounting Assistant to join our growing team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Virginia Beach, VA. This role blends accounting, reporting, and administrative duties, offering opportunities for growth and learning new processes.

• Prepare and summarize daily revenue reports for multiple entities.
• Finalize customer invoices and ensure accurate revenue classifications.
• Maintain customer membership records and account information.
• Coordinate the monthly air filter program, including ordering and customer list management.
• Compile and distribute KPI and performance data to leadership.
• Assist with month‑end processes and various accounting‑related projects.
• Support process improvements and help implement new systems and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and leadership teams as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• One or more years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or office administration.
• Experience with accounting or business software such as Sage Intacct, Service Titan, or Paylocity is helpful.

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour
• Full‑time, Monday–Friday schedule
