Audit Senior – Virginia Beach (Hybrid)

As an Audit Senior, you will help optimize engagement efficiencies while addressing client‑specific risks.

• Develop audit approach to be used by the engagement teams.
• Instruct and oversee fellow A&A staff throughout engagements.
• Broaden technical knowledge through review of complex client transactions.
• Prepare and/or review financial statements.
• Complete general audit procedures, including coordination of audit closing communications, drafting client correspondence, and resolving open items.
• Research technical issues using online tools.
• Perform other duties as needed on engagements and as assigned by supervisory personnel.

• Passion for superior client service, uncompromising integrity, excellent project management, and leadership skills.
• Fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• 2+ years’ experience in public accounting.
• Experience using the Engagement platform (plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA certified or eligible to obtain a CPA license.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi‑task).
• Acquisition accounting experience is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no work sponsorship will be provided.

Pay Range: $81,500 - $107,800.
