Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Sale tapes/journals;
Run audit reports/journals from the front office system and Point of Sale;
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly;
Input revenue/expenses/allowances into front office system to generate daily reports;
Maintain attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
