Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, performing accurate data entry, and supporting day-to-day accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with financial systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and approval
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
• Manage accounts payable records and documentation
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Maintain organized financial files and records
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with invoice processing
• Strong data entry experience and accuracy
• Experience with Yardi software is preferred; candidates with experience using similar property management, accounting, or ERP software platforms will also be considered
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

$19/hr to $21/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
