Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing POS tapes/journals;
Run audit reports/journals from front office system and POS;
Input revenue/expenses into front office system;
Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly;
Maintain attendance and assist with other duties as assigned
