Title Clerk

Description We are looking for a dedicated Title Clerk to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term career development. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks related to vehicle titles while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.

Responsibilities:

- Process vehicle titles, including conducting accurate title searches and verifying documentation.

- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to title inquiries and fleet vehicles.

- Communicate effectively via email to handle correspondence and resolve issues.

- Maintain detailed records and ensure proper documentation for fleet vehicles.

- Utilize Excel and other Office tools to organize and analyze data.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.

- Monitor title status and follow up on pending transactions to maintain efficiency.

- Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and dependability. Requirements - Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for email correspondence and phone calls.

- Previous experience with fleet vehicles and title searches is preferred.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

- Dependable and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong customer service skills to assist clients and resolve issues.

- Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented setting. Talent Match®
