Position: Mail Services Support
Responsibilities:

* Student will drive to Post Office every morning to receive USPS mail destined for Regent University

* Student will sort all mail/packages, with accuracy, to various schools and departments

* Student will deliver/receive mail/packages throughout Regent University, Regent Commons and Village, Christian Broadcasting Network, and Founder's Inn

* Student must learn to operate Send Suite Live mailing program

* Student must learn to operate Connect+ mail machine

* Student must learn to operate the Hasler Folder & Inserter machine

* Student will be required to prepare USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL documentation for outgoing mailings

* Student will deliver all outgoing USPS mail to the Post Office

Requirements:

* Able to organize and prioritize their work to meet deadlines

* High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail

* Dependable, hard-working, and able to take direction

* Learn quickly and enjoy having a wide variety of tasks

* Be physically able to walk up four flights of stairs

* Be physically able to carry 50+ lbs. a distance of 50 ft.

* Current Regent University student in good standing
