The Administrative Coordinator also leads marketing coordination efforts, maintains shared communications, and generates reports on student engagement and outcomes
Work Location:
Virginia Beach, VA
Essential duties:
* Manage administrative systems supporting coaching inquiries, including scheduling tools, shared inboxes, and alert platforms.
* Provide operational support for student success and career services programs, events, presentations, and resources.
* Oversee day-to-day administration of the Handshake platform, ensuring data accuracy, responsiveness, and effective utilization.
* Generate and maintain reports on key metrics (e.g., participation, employer engagement, event attendance, outcomes) to support decision-making.
* Coordinate communications and marketing efforts, including newsletters and social media, to promote programs and opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, human resources, or a related field
* Previous experience in career or client services, client relations, or a related role is preferred
Candidates must have:
* Strong affinity for technology
* Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with or ability to learn technologies such as Handshake, CRM software, CMS interface, and MS Office
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and employers
