Administrative Technician

Job Location:
Virginia Beach, VA
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Payrate: $18.91/hour
Job Duties:
- Generates a variety of correspondence for program staff members
- Disposition Letters
- Face Sheets
- Diligent Search Letters
- Coordinates the distribution of computer equipment for check out and return
- Mails certified and regular correspondence
- Prepares spread sheets
- Routes for administrative signatures
- Distributes Child Welfare Forms
- Keeps track of daily items for processing
- Assists with onboarding of new Child Welfare Staff
- Completes request forms for equipment movement and changes
- Schedules administrative meetings
- Scribes for Child Welfare meetings and program discussions
- Support division/department projects by conducting research from readily available resources and providing relevant information
Minimum Requirements:
Requires any combination of education above high school level and/or experience equivalent to (2) four years in the fields utilizing the required knowledge skills and abilities
