Regent University is hiring an Enrollment Support Processor who provides administrative support to the Enrollment Management team by managing and verifying student records in Banner and RECRUIT systems. The role involves processing academic recruit and admissions materials, maintaining accurate student data, coordinating enrollment deposits, and ensuring compliance with university policies and accreditation standards.
Highlights- Manage and verify student information across Banner and RECRUIT (CRM) student information systems.
- Process inquiry requests, academic decisions, student status updates, and ongoing maintenance of academic records.
- Review prospective student inquiries and create or match student records accordingly.
- Prepare applicant files for Enrollment Management decision committees and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Create student registration accounts and coordinate enrollment deposits and application fees.
- Requires working knowledge of databases, preferably SCT’s Banner Student Management System.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to work independently within team settings.
