Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Virginia Beach, VA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including supporting daily office operations, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative assistance. The role requires interaction with clients and team members, fostering effective communication and organization within the company office. Help with all marketing efforts of the company.
Work with graphics art software to customize marketing flyers, email blasts etc.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional Communication
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance and providing support to senior leadership
- Competence in Clerical Skills such as document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Working knowledge of using Adobe, Canva and other graphic arts software
