Position SummaryThe Office Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to office and clinical staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions with clients, staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to office and program staff.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, community partners, and external agencies both in person and by phone.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Support scheduling, data entry, and routine office operations.
- Utilize office equipment including computers, multi-line phone systems, copiers, and other administrative tools.
- Ensure professional communication in all written and verbal interactions.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
ExperienceMinimum of one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience in an office setting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
