Company

Coradi Contracting is a growing bathroom and kitchen remodeling company in Virginia Beach.

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Pay: $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Receive and organize incoming sales leads
  • Pre-screen potential clients and enter lead information into Builder Trend
  • Follow up with leads to collect missing information, including project photos
  • Assign completed leads to the appropriate salesperson
  • Help rehash older leads and revive past opportunities
  • Monitor office supplies and help keep the office organized
  • Assist with sales/job folder preparation
  • Send client review requests after completed jobs
  • Complete Schluter warranty registrations for completed jobs
  • Help with company events, announcements, birthday cards, and special projects
  • Monitor security cameras and help maintain awareness of deliveries, visitors, and front‑office activity
  • Manage incoming deliveries and ensure packages are received, noticed, and directed to the appropriate person
  • Assist with basic marketing or administrative projects when needed
Qualifications
  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers and team members
  • Willingness to ask questions when something is unclear
  • Ability to speak up, follow through, and stand behind responsibilities
  • Organized and detail‑oriented
  • Team‑player mindset with a helpful attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Ability to follow up consistently and keep accurate notes
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Experience with Builder Trend, CRM systems, or construction/remodeling is a plus, but not required
  • Administrative, receptionist, customer service, or sales support experience preferred
