We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised professional to join our team as a Military Administrative Support specialist.
This is a full-time position based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States
. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for our military-focused accounts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our key defence clients.
- Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks related to military contracts and orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative enquiries from military clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and organise comprehensive and confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments, including production and logistics, to ensure the timely fulfilment of military orders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinating logistics as required.
- Ensure all activities adhere to strict military procurement protocols and company standards.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience working with military or government contracts is highly desirable but not essential.
