We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support operations under a Federal Protective Service (FPS) contract. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a secure federal contract environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and experienced in handling sensitive information while supporting administrative, human resources, compliance, recruiting, and contract-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to improve process flow, recordkeeping, and coordination for Human Resources, Compliance, and contract operations.
- Prepare, review, and track expense reports, contract documentation, reports, and other administrative deliverables.
- Support recruiting efforts by screening candidates, preparing applicant packets, coordinating onboarding documentation, and maintaining personnel records.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for personnel, compliance, contract, and operational records.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, database management, and quality control of administrative information.
- Manage office and contract logistics, including uniforms, supplies, equipment, and coordination with operations personnel.
- Support team members with scheduling, communications, document preparation, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 21yrs of older
- Must be a US Citizen
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2 yrsof experience in a business, clerical, administrative, or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a background check and pre employment drug screen

- Experience with scheduling software or project management tools
