Socket.dev is seeking a COM Coordinator in Virginia Beach to manage the Change of Occupancy Maintenance process. You will input data into the system, plan and schedule internal and contracted work, and coordinate with property management for resident move-outs and move-ins.
Responsibilities include pre-move-out and final inspections, creating POs, updating schedules in Yardi/COM Central, monitoring reports for accuracy, and driving for the company as needed.
