Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Front Desk/Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression of our company. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive team member who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks. This position is more than just greeting guests and answering phones. You’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, providing support to our Administrative Assistants and Engineers and jumping in wherever needed to help keep the office running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities at a moment’s notice. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
Requirements:
- Office Experience (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
Pay Range: $15 – $20/hour. Salary is commensurate with education, credentials, experience, and abilities.
