Ederal is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and logistical support to ensure the executive’s day to day operations run smoothly. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; prioritize and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Assist with personal tasks such as household management, reservations, errands, and special projects.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of commitments.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Oversee expenses, process reimbursements, and manage budget-related tasks.
- Support event planning, meeting preparation, and logistics coordination.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and communication platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or high profile individuals.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
