Established, high-volume automotive repair shop seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Assistant Manager / Store Manager who knows how to build trust, manage workflow, and produce consistent sales.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone confident in their automotive knowledge and comfortable earning based on performance.

• Hourly base pay + commission
• Expected annual income: $60,000 – $95,000+

• Greet customers and conduct vehicle walk-arounds
• Communicate with technicians to build accurate repair plans
• Present service recommendations clearly and confidently
• Manage shop workflow and technician scheduling
• Track repair progress and ensure excellent customer experience
• Handle payments, scheduling, and follow-up

• Minimum 3+ years automotive industry experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of repairs, parts, and service procedures
• Proven ability to sell service ethically and consistently
• Ability to explain complex repairs in simple, confident terms
• Organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
