Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Lynnhaven Road

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full‑Time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $16 per hour based on a 40‑hour workweek.

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior – covering cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exterior branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness of the branch

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years (points on driving record cannot exceed a total of eight points)
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past three years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
