SSDS Material and Item Manager – Virginia Beach, VA supporting the Material Management of Operation and Material & Supplies (OM&S).
Job Description- Monitor and Control Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transactions, re-warehousing, and with various spot checks.
- Provide processing, verification, ERP marking/labeling, packaging, shipping and receiving services for material being transferred NSWCDD DNA, ships, and other government sites.
- Create and maintain serial number tracking of inventory.
- Supports and manages General Equipment-Remainder (GE-R), General Furnished Equipment (GFE), Operational Materials and Supplies (OM&S) and other materials.
- Supports various types of material and equipment per NAVSEA requirements.
- Must have Bachelor’s in related field or HS Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience.
- Must have Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
- Must have experience working with Excel and Project.
- Must have experience in Inventory Management support for various procurement avenues and warehouse material support.
- Must have experience supporting various types of material and equipment per NAVSEA requirements.
- Experience working with SSDS or Naval systems, preferred.
- Experience with planning, logistics, and/or scheduling within the Government Contracting Field, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Must have an Active Secret clearance with the eligibility to maintain a clearance.
- Occasional travel- up to 10%

Pay Range$65,000 - $85,000 per year
