Print & Mail Operations Specialist

Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking a detail-oriented Print & Mail Operations Specialist to lead the end-to-end execution of high-volume print and direct mail campaigns, ensuring excellence across data processing, variable document composition, print production, postal compliance, vendor coordination, and in-home delivery timelines. This role transforms campaign strategy into precise operational execution, delivering accurate, on-time, and on-budget mailings that strengthen donor relationships and advance the mission of OB and partner brands.

Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 2-3 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Solid working knowledge of direct mail production and direct marketing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and recommend effective solutions
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management, reporting, and quality control
• Comfortable coordinating across teams and vendors, working within budget limitations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing/operations platforms such as Iterable, Fusion Pro, Epicor, Asana, CRM systems, and database tools. Working database query skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with OB’s nonprofit Christian mission
