We exist to make home services trusted, effortless, and personal nk Ritz Carlton level experience meets Amazon level infrastructure.

We are not another home services company. We are building a category defining membership platform that manages everything Routine, Repair, and Renovate for affluent homeowners.

This role is an invitation to help architect the systems behind that experience.

The Mission of This Role

The Executive Assistant is the Founder Force Multiplier. A true operator. We only hire A-players, if you don't know what that is, then please don't apply.

Your job is to buy back the CEO’s time, attention, and energy so he can stay focused on vision, growth, partnerships, and product market fit.

You will not just manage tasks. You will build systems that eliminate them.

You will sit at the intersection of homeowner experience, service delivery, partner ecosystem, and founder operations. If you love speed, ownership, and building structure inside fast growth chaos, you will thrive here.

What You Will Own Founder Leverage
  • Full inbox ownership, triage, response, and prioritization
  • Calendar architecture, not just scheduling
  • Travel, meetings, prep materials, and follow ups
  • Protecting deep work blocks and strategic time
Homeowner Experience Operations
  • New member onboarding workflows
  • Welcome calls, home visits coordination
  • Autopilot activation sequencing
  • Ensuring concierge level experience from Day 1
Service Delivery Coordination
  • Scheduling across homeowners and certified providers
  • Tracking active projects and milestones
  • Proactive communication updates
  • Identifying risks before they surface
Member Success and Retention
  • Post project follow ups
  • NPS and satisfaction tracking
  • Review requests and testimonial capture
  • Renewal and upsell opportunity support
Business Operations Support
  • Playbook creation and documentation
  • CRM hygiene and reporting
  • Invoice coordination and admin finance support
  • KPI tracking dashboards
Marketing and Sales Enablement
  • Testimonial capture and case study coordination
  • Review campaigns and reputation management
  • Social content logistics and scheduling
  • Lead follow up and pipeline tracking
Strategic Projects
  • AI tool research and implementation support

  • Vendor research and partnership coordination
  • Special initiatives driven by CEO priorities

Required Qualifications
  • 3 plus years supporting a founder or senior executive (REQUIRED)
  • Experience in fast paced, high ownership environments (REQUIRED)
  • Elite organization and prioritization skills (REQUIRED)
  • Strong written and verbal communication (REQUIRED)
  • High discretion and confidentiality (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to learn new software quickly (REQUIRED)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling tools (REQUIRED)
Preferred Experience
  • Home services, construction, or property management
  • Membership or subscription businesses
  • Customer success or concierge services
  • Marketing coordination or review management
  • Familiarity with Service Titan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar
  • AI tools and automation platforms beyond ChatGPT
