Southern Royalty Cleaning Service LLC is seeking an experienced, high-performing Lead Cleaner to oversee job-site execution, enforce quality standards, and lead small cleaning teams.

This is not an entry-level cleaning role.

We are looking for a professional with strong leadership presence, attention to detail, and the ability to hold a team accountable while maintaining client satisfaction.

The Lead Cleaner serves as the direct representative of company leadership in the field.

• Minimum 5 years professional cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience training or mentoring other cleaners
• Experience conducting quality inspections or handling client concerns

• Lead and supervise cleaning technicians on assigned routes
• Ensure punctual arrival and organized job start
• Maintain ≥95% quality inspection standards
• Correct workmanship in real time

• Respond to leadership communications within 10 minutes during shift
• Submit daily End-of-Shift reports and weekly summaries
• Enforce safety, professionalism, and company culture
• Track and protect keys, equipment, and supplies
• Address routine client concerns professionally

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Handles correction without emotion

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

This position serves as the official development track for future Field Manager eligibility.
