We are currently seeking a dedicated After-Sales Service Technician to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, VA
. This role involves managing key operational aspects of the business and providing technical service support for our industrial food processing equipment.

• Overseeing day-to-day operational processes related to after-sales services.
• Managing budgets and monitoring financial performance tied to technical service operations.
• Coordinating international supply chains between Turkish manufacturers and U.S.
  
  -based clients or distributors
  .
• Ensuring compliance with U.S. export-import regulations for equipment and spare parts.
• Supporting the development of strategic business plans to grow our U.S. presence.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent post-sale support and high service standards.

• Minimum 24 months of experience in the position or in a related field such as foreign trade management
  .
• Full-time position (Monday–Friday),
  40 hours/week
  .
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have technical competence in machinery servicing.
