• Experience in operations management, preferably in a home service business
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using CRM, scheduling, or business management software
• Comfortable working with business metrics and financial reports
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license

• Visit residential and commercial properties to assess and design custom outdoor lighting projects
• Prepare and present proposals for landscape, architectural, permanent, and holiday fixture systems
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities
• Maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and text communication
• Schedule installations, service appointments, and technician routes
• Manage work orders, invoicing, and billing
• Order and track inventory and project materials
• Coordinate and support field technicians to ensure successful project completion
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members
• Monitor business performance and operational metrics
• Participate in local networking, marketing, and community events as needed
