The Global Workforce Manager is responsible for the end-to-end optimization of consulting talent deployment across all Solution Domains, Practices, and Delivery teams, ensuring the effective alignment of workforce capacity with client demand to maximize utilization, revenue attainment, delivery excellence, and margin performance.

This role leads the development and execution of a disciplined workforce planning and resource management strategy that minimizes bench time, accelerates staffing decisions, aligns consultant skills to business needs, and proactively forecasts workforce supply and demand across the global Consulting organization.

Operating at the intersection of Delivery, Operations, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Operations, the Global Workforce Manager serves as a strategic partner in ensuring the right resources are deployed to the right opportunities at the right time.
