** Product Manager
** to drive the development and enhancement of digital products and platform capabilities. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve processes, enhance user experience, and create measurable business value.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of product management experience and is comfortable managing initiatives from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Gather and prioritize business and user requirements through stakeholder engagement, research, and data analysis.
* Translate requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Manage product initiatives from concept through implementation and release.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and new features.
* Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
* Maintain product documentation and support quality delivery.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 3-5+ years of product management, business analysis, or related experience.
* Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Agile development teams and product management tools.
* Familiarity with wire framing, product analytics, and user experience best practices.
* Experience analyzing and interpreting data to support product decisions.
* Exposure to enterprise software, workflow applications, or operational systems.
* Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
