DutiesAs our newest staff member, you should be more than a daycare worker—you should be able to provide a loving, learning environment. This includes themed activities, plus keeping the class organized, safe, and orderly. You should be able to:
- Supervise a classroom
- Keep the room clean
- Serve meals
- Share your creativity
- Problem solve
- Follow a provided schedule
- Most importantly, bond with children
At least 6 months programmatic experience, working with lesson plans, and familiarity with some licensing requirements is a plus.
