Position Summary
Responsible for leading complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with full accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and profitability. This role serves as the central link between pre-construction, field operations, and client relations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, collaboratively, and in alignment with contract requirements.
This position carries independent authority across the project lifecycle and plays a key role in strategic decision-making, operational oversight, and team leadership.
Core Responsibilities- Maintain overall responsibility for assigned projects, including cost control, schedule adherence, quality standards, and client satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with Pre-Construction, Estimating, Field Operations, Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and owners
- Review, interpret, and manage all contract documents, including AIA owner contracts, general conditions, and special provisions
- Identify contract ambiguities, risks, and potential cost or schedule impacts; develop mitigation strategies proactively
- Oversee RFI development, submission, tracking, and distribution in coordination with the Project Engineer
- Support pre-construction efforts by providing project-specific input related to scope, sequencing, and contract requirements
- Review awarded proposals with Estimators and Project Engineers to confirm scope alignment and execution strategy
- Ensure subcontractor and vendor scopes align with contract documents and project requirements
- Develop and finalize subcontractor/vendor scopes, inclusions, and exclusions
- Review and approve purchase orders and subcontracts prior to execution
- Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to develop and maintain the project schedule
- Provide leadership and accountability to project teams while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Travel required based on project needs

Compensation$130,000-$160,000 per year
