This role serves as the central link between pre-construction, field operations, and client relations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, collaboratively, and in alignment with contract requirements.

This position carries independent authority across the project lifecycle and plays a key role in strategic decision-making, operational oversight, and team leadership.

  • Coordinate closely with Pre-Construction, Estimating, Field Operations, Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and owners
  • Review, interpret, and manage all contract documents, including AIA owner contracts, general conditions, and special provisions
  • Identify contract ambiguities, risks, and potential cost or schedule impacts; develop mitigation strategies proactively
  • Oversee RFI development, submission, tracking, and distribution in coordination with the Project Engineer
  • Support pre-construction efforts by providing project-specific input related to scope, sequencing, and contract requirements
  • Review awarded proposals with Estimators and Project Engineers to confirm scope alignment and execution strategy
  • Ensure subcontractor and vendor scopes align with contract documents and project requirements
  • Develop and finalize subcontractor/vendor scopes, inclusions, and exclusions
  • Review and approve purchase orders and subcontracts prior to execution
  • Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to develop and maintain the project schedule
  • Provide leadership and accountability to project teams while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Travel required based on project needs
Physical & Work Requirements
