Senior Construction Project Manager

We Search people are working with a well-established construction firm, who are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality commercial building projects. This position will play a key role in managing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Oversee project scope, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Work closely with the preconstruction team during project handover and manage subcontractors throughout the build phase to project completion
• Coordinate all on-site construction activities and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Review and manage contracts, change orders, and payment applications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building requirements
• Lead regular project meetings to track progress, identify risks, and address project performance
• Manage final punch lists and ensure all closeout documentation is completed

• At least 6 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up developments
• Demonstrated experience overseeing complex builds involving multiple subcontractors and trades
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and digital plan review platforms such as Bluebeam (or similar software)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
