QCM

* Schedule & conduct three phases of control meetings (Prep, Initial, Follow-up).

* Daily QC reports to include photos.

* Create QC meeting agenda, conduct meeting, document the meeting minutes, and distribute. QC Agendas must be sent out 48 hours prior to the meeting time, and QC Minutes must be distributed within 48 hours of the end of the meeting.

* Create and update submittal register.

* Request subcontractors required submittals, review the submittals for compliance to the plans and specs, create transmittal and forward to Gov.

* Deliver submittals in a timely manner, so lead times of materials/equipment will not impact the project schedule.

* Ensure delivered materials match the approved submittals at time of delivery.

* Understand plans, specifications, and manufactures installation requirements/procedures for each install.

* Schedule and conduct all required QCM & ET inspections to include underground excavations, wall rough-ins, overhead inspections, etc.

* Maintain rework list throughout the course of the project.

* Create an internal & government punch list with sign off.

* Create or gather required closeout documents to include O&Ms, Warranty info, Mechanical and startup info.

SSHO

* Create Site Safety/Right to Know board.

* Request, receive, and review AHAs, Company's Competent Person appointment letter, and their qualifications before submission.

* First day orientation of all personnel on site, to include review and signing of the approved AHAs.

* Secure all needed safety equipment for the project.

* Maintain daily sign-in sheets onsite, ensure all subcontractors sign in.

* Create the project specific SDS book and keep updated as materials arrive.

* Conduct and document site safety inspections to include photos (good and bad).

* Ensure all personnel (govt included) on the site wear the proper PPEs.

* Receive and check subcontractor's equipment inspections.

* Inspect and update monthly safety equipment tags.

* Conduct onsite weekly safety meetings and document meetings.
