This is a full‑time, on‑site Supervisor role located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations of utility construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Responsibilities include managing project teams, allocating resources efficiently, inspecting work quality, maintaining safety standards, and resolving any on‑site issues. Serving as the primary point of contact, the Supervisor will also ensure effective communication between team members, clients, and management.

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of utility construction techniques such as fiber optics installation, trenching, directional boring, and pole line placement
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Familiarity with safety protocols and standards for utility construction environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and clients
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is highly desirable
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in utility construction is a plus
