Soaring Towers is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for a custom oceanfront home project in Norfolk, VA. This 1099 independent contractor role will manage daily field operations and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
Applicants should have strong residential construction knowledge and experience with high-end finishes. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 per year prorated based on experience and project duration.
A completion bonus may be available based on project milestones and performance standards.
